Welcome to Blalo. By accessing or using our website (blalo.in), mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a service, or using any part of the Blalo platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Services Offered

Blalo provides the following services:

  • Personal Shopper: An in-person styling service where a professional stylist accompanies you to markets and malls to help you shop.
  • Styling Consultancy: An online video consultation with a professional stylist for wardrobe advice, outfit planning, and style guidance.
  • Wedding Styling: Complete wedding wardrobe planning including trousseau shopping and event-wise outfit coordination.
  • AI Wardrobe App: A mobile application for digital wardrobe management, AI outfit recommendations, and smart shopping suggestions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your phone number or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking

When you book a service, you agree to the date, time, and location selected. We will assign you a stylist based on availability. Booking confirmation is subject to stylist availability and successful payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your credit/debit card information.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. 5. User Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the Blalo platform (including wardrobe photos). By uploading content, you grant Blalo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your personal wardrobe images with third parties or use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

6. AI Features

Our AI-powered features (outfit recommendations, wardrobe tagging, shopping suggestions) are provided as assistive tools only. AI recommendations are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or suitable for your preferences. Blalo is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on AI suggestions.

7. Stylist Services

Our stylists provide professional fashion advice and shopping assistance. However, final purchasing decisions are yours. Blalo and its stylists are not responsible for the quality, fit, or durability of products purchased from third-party retailers during personal shopping sessions. Returns and exchanges for purchased items are subject to the respective retailer's policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

9. Intellectual Property

The Blalo name, logo, website design, app interface, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Blalo and its founders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Blalo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI features are provided without guarantee of accuracy.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data collection and usage practices.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
