After your session your stylist prepares a PDF report — the colours and silhouettes that work for you, what to buy next, and how to get more out of what you have. It appears under My Reports in the Blalo app, private to you.
Once the session is complete you can rate it and leave feedback in the app. It goes straight to our team and shapes who we pair you with next time.
