Blalo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Blalo mobile application and the website blalo.in. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Authentication Data

To access specific features like the "Wardrobe," users must log in. We collect your Phone Number or Google Account email (via Google Authentication) to create and secure your account.

User-Generated Content

Our Wardrobe feature allows you to upload and store images. These images are stored on our servers so you can access your digital wardrobe across different devices.

Optional Information

We may collect your Name if you voluntarily choose to provide it within your user profile.

Booking Data

When you book a styling service, we collect your preferred date, time, location, and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay). We do not store your payment card details.

Guest Access

You may use portions of the app and website without logging in; however, features requiring data storage (like the Wardrobe and Bookings) will be unavailable in guest mode.

2. Use of Data

Blalo uses the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our Service
  • To monitor the usage of our Service
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
  • To provide AI-powered outfit recommendations and wardrobe management

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your data, including uploaded images, is stored securely on our servers using Firebase and Cloudflare R2. Images remain stored securely during account activity. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data and images, though no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@blalo.in. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and delete all personal data, uploaded images, and booking history associated with your account.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Authentication — for sign-in, governed by Google's privacy policies
  • Firebase (Google) — for data storage and authentication
  • Razorpay — for payment processing, governed by Razorpay's privacy policy
  • Cloudflare — for image storage and delivery

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
